Nearby facilities include the La Grange Police station and Post Office, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Gas Stations, many small shops, hardware stores, churches and schools. The Bagotville Junction (100 yds away) is a crucial transportation spot benefiting from vehicles serving Canals 1 and 2 as well as Wales.

The Robville building is entirely fenced and its high gate is padlocked at nights. There are security lights all around. The building has its own generator, transformer and water supply is never a problem with its 8 large tanks and a powerful pressure pump. Most of the yard is concrete and flooding is not a problem. All orifices are grilled and the windows are also meshed. It takes less than 15 minutes by car from Robville to Stabroek Market.
